Earnscliffe Sr. Public School Silent Auction

Eligibility:

Participation is open to individuals approved by the Earnscliffe Sr. Public School Administration.
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Users may only have one (1) active account.

Bidding:

All bids are final and binding.
All bids are for one single item. There may be multiples of the same item available.
DO NOT wait till the last second to bid. Variations in your device time to the server's time may cause you to miss the bid.
Bids must be placed in increments specified by the auction rules.
The highest bid at the close of the auction will be considered the winning bid.

Payment:

Payment is accepted in cash only.
The winning bidder must make payment within 5 days of the auction closing to Earnscliffe Sr. Public School Administration.
Failure to make timely payment may result in disqualification, and the item may be awarded to the next highest bidder.

Item Pickup and Return Policy:

Once an item has been taken by the winning bidder at the time of pickup, it is considered final and cannot be returned.
At the time of pickup, the winning bidder has the opportunity to inspect the item and decide whether or not to take it.
If the winning bidder chooses not to take the item at the time of pickup, the item will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
All items are sold "as is," and the auction organizers make no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality or condition of the items.

Disqualification and Future Auctions:

Participants who fail to make timely payment or cause disruptions during the auction may be disqualified from participating in this or any future auctions hosted by Earnscliffe Sr. Public School.
Disqualification is at the sole discretion of the auction organizers.

Item Descriptions:

The images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product.
On occasion there may be multiples of the same item. Separate auctions will be posted for each.
Some items are refurbished. This may or may not be indicated in the description.
All items are sold "as is." The auction organizers make no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality or condition of items.
Descriptions of items are provided to the best of our knowledge, and any errors or omissions are not the responsibility of Earnscliffe Sr. Public School or Administration.

Disputes:

In the event of a dispute, the decision of the auction organizers is final.
Earnscliffe Sr. Public School Administration reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction or cancel the auction at any time.

Privacy:

Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of the silent auction and will not be shared with third parties.

Limitation of Liability:

Earnscliffe Sr. Public School, Administration or Webmaster is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or technical malfunctions that may occur during the auction.
Earnscliffe Sr. Public School, Administration or Webmaster is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the auction.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Earnscliffe Sr. Public School, Administration or Webmaster reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will not be notified of any changes.
